Enrolment Instructions

In order to enrol, you need to know your Santos password and your computer needs to be connected to the Santos network. If you have not enrolled and you are locked out of your computer right now, please call the Santos Service Centre. After recovering your password with Service Centre, you may enrol in online password recovery by following the instructions below.

Step 1.

Click or tap the button

Ensure your computer is connected to the Santos network. If your computer is acccessing the internet at a Santos office, then you are connected to the Santos network. Once connected, scroll to the top of this page and click or tap the 'ENROL NOW' button. Step 1

Step 2.

Enter email address

Enter your full Santos email address or your network user ID email address. For example, John Smith's Santos email address is 'john.smith@santos.com' and his network user ID email address is 'smitj@santos.com'. So John could enter either one of those options. After completing this field, click or tap the 'Continue' button.

Step 3.

Enter mobile phone number

If your mobile number does not automatically appear, select the blue 'Set it up now' link. Select your country code and enter your complete mobile (i.e. '04 XXX XXX').

If your mobile number appears automatically, select the blue 'Verify' link. (Your number appears when it is set up already in Santos' system, i.e. TeamLink.)

Finally, select whether you would like to receive verification by a text message or telephone call.

Step 4.

Complete verification

Enter the verification code you received and click or tap the 'Verify' button.

Step 5.

Select 'finish'

A page will display a confirmation showing your phone is now the 'Authentication Phone' to recover your password in the future. If you lose your password, you can now use the the Password Recovery page on this website.
